Returns & Shipping

We believe customer service matters. If there is ever a problem with your order, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Shipping

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders within the United States.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are outside of our control, but we will always help however we can.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Orders

If we shipped the wrong item, shorted parts, or your order arrived damaged, contact us as soon as possible. We will make it right.

In most cases, replacement parts will ship immediately at our expense, 2nd Day FedEx.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your package.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Custom, modified, or special-order items are non-returnable.

Refunds will be issued after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Those that do will receive a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return policy.

Warranty

We stand behind our products. If there is a problem with a product due to workmanship or manufacturing defect, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it quickly.

Sales Tax

We currently collect sales tax in IL, IN, MN, NE, and OH.

Customers outside of these states are not charged sales tax at checkout.

Sales Tax-Exempt? If you qualify for tax-exempt purchasing, please email your exemption certificate to aspenalleyproducts@gmail.com.

Do not place your order until you receive an approval email confirming your certificate has been processed. We cannot adjust, remove, or refund sales tax on orders placed before tax-exempt status is approved. Once done, all orders will be tax-exempt as long as we have a current exemption form.
